About me

I’m Richard Leader and I’ve worked in fintech, green-tech, telecoms and publishing for over 20+ years. I’ve built award-winning brands, high-growth marketing strategies and – above all – awesome marketing teams.

I firmly believe that many businesses don’t need a full-time CMO but would benefit from that expertise part-time. Just as many employ a portfolio finance director, hiring a fractional CMO for a few days a month or a few days a week can be highly beneficial.
